Internship Location: Omaha, NE

Setting: Hybrid: Monday – Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote Flexibility

Duration: May 25, 2026 – August 8, 2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Internship Position Summary

Highline Warren is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated intern to join our Product Compliance team within the Compliance organization. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects and process improvements that directly support product lifecycle management, sustainability and corporate responsibility. As an intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Legal, ESG, Environmental Compliance, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain—to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. This role is ideal for a current student looking to develop real-world business skills while making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate tools and data sets to help drive meaningful insights.
  • Audit, identify trends and produce executive summaries on compliance findings.
  • Deliver on key initiatives and projects.
  • Aid in supporting the Product Compliance Team.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • A broad understanding of product life cycle management, circularity and product stewardship processes.
  • Demonstrates process-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Identify and analyze approaches to business workstreams to recommend improvements to compliance operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills with all Microsoft Office software for the creation of management reports and presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Legal, Sustainability, Environmental or Compliance related fields.

Minimum Experience and Education

  • Must be a current junior student at a college or university (rising senior student during the summer internship).
  • Knowledge of BI and reporting tools is a plus.
